I’m Will Cheung, a product leader, former founder, and obsessive builder.

Vibe Coding Dad is where I document field notes on building products, agents, and agentic workflows. I experiment with tools like Codex, Claude, Gemini, Hermes, and whatever else looks promising enough to derail my weekend.

I’ve spent my career building products and developer platforms at companies including Box, Twilio, PagerDuty, Prudential, and my own startup. That means I tend to look past the demo and ask the less glamorous questions: Who is this for? What makes it reliable? How do you scale?
